The design reveals large full-height sliding doors that pocket away to create a seamless transition to the outside while drawing the eye out to the magical views beyond of Table Mountain, Robben Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.
We focused on flexible living to accommodate the fluctuating Cape Town weather by making the terrace enclosable. A natural material palette compliments the distinction of the building forms with slim floor plates and subtle screens to enrich the bold architecture.
