Waters Edge

The design consists of a dramatic off-shutter concrete cantilever that draws the eye out through a narrow corridor towards the horizon and the Atlantic Ocean.
This concrete element is cradled by a pure white L-shaped plinth, further accented by delicate timber screens and lush indigenous landscaping that anchors the design.
The maximum potential was drawn from this narrow site using a central garden & pool oasis around which the lower-level rooms are arranged allowing the perception of a more spacious environment.
